These terms govern your use of the ForgeLyte Lift mobile application and related services.
Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using ForgeLyte Lift, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Using ForgeLyte Lift
ForgeLyte Lift provides tools for recording workouts, organizing routines, reviewing training history, and viewing progress. You may use the app only for lawful, personal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and App Store rules.
Your data
You retain ownership of the workout information and other content you enter. Because core app data is stored locally, you are responsible for protecting your device and keeping any exports or backups you need. ForgeLyte cannot recover local data that has been deleted or lost.
Health and safety
ForgeLyte Lift is a record-keeping tool, not a medical, health, or coaching service. App content is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Exercise involves risk. Use appropriate judgment, equipment, supervision, and medical guidance for your circumstances.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may require an in-app purchase or subscription. Apple processes all purchases. Pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation, and refund eligibility are shown at purchase and managed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Intellectual property
ForgeLyte Lift, including its design, software, branding, and original content, is owned by ForgeLyte or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
Availability and updates
The app may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed, and updates may be required for continued use. ForgeLyte does not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeLyte Lift is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. ForgeLyte is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. ForgeLyte may suspend access where required to protect the app, other users, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
