Privacy policy.
ForgeLyte Lift is built around a simple principle: your training history is yours. This policy explains how the ForgeLyte Lift app and website handle information, which service providers are involved, and the choices you have.
Information you provide
ForgeLyte Lift stores the information you enter—including workouts, sets, exercises, routines, notes, profile details, preferences, and progress history—locally on your device. The app does not require a ForgeLyte account, and this user-entered health and fitness information is not uploaded to ForgeLyte, TelemetryDeck, or RevenueCat.
Privacy-friendly app analytics
ForgeLyte Lift uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service provided by TelemetryDeck GmbH, to understand broad feature usage, diagnose coarse success or failure patterns, and improve the app. TelemetryDeck receives an anonymized identifier specific to the app installation, an event name, a timestamp rounded to the nearest hour, and app/device metadata such as app version, build number, operating-system version, distribution channel, and device type.
The custom events sent by ForgeLyte Lift are limited to onboarding progress; whether a workout was started, completed, or cancelled; whether a routine was saved; whether a paywall was shown; and coarse purchase or restore outcomes. Event properties contain only fixed categories, booleans, and aggregate exercise or completed-set counts.
Analytics events never include names, notes, profile values, exercise or workout identifiers, weights, repetitions, prices, product identifiers, detailed error messages, or a ForgeLyte or RevenueCat user identifier. TelemetryDeck states that it does not store IP addresses, use cookies, or retain an identifier that can be traced back to an individual. ForgeLyte Lift does not use TelemetryDeck for advertising or tracking across apps or websites. TelemetryDeck processes usage data on infrastructure located in the European Union. Learn more in TelemetryDeck’s privacy policy and privacy FAQ.
Purchases and subscriptions
If you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes the transaction. ForgeLyte Lift uses RevenueCat to validate receipts, manage purchase status, restore purchases, and provide access to paid features. RevenueCat may process a randomly generated anonymous app user identifier, purchase and subscription history, receipt information, product identifiers, entitlement status, and technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, locale, and last-seen time. ForgeLyte Lift does not provide RevenueCat with your name, email address, workout content, advertising identifier, or a custom user ID.
Apple and RevenueCat process this information under their own policies. See Apple’s App Store & Privacy disclosure and RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
Website and support communications
The ForgeLyte Lift website does not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics. Like most websites, its hosting provider may process standard request and security logs, such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the site. If you contact support or send feedback by email, ForgeLyte receives your email address, message, and anything else you choose to include and uses it to respond and provide support.
Notifications
If you enable workout reminders or rest-timer notifications, iOS manages your permission. You can change notification access at any time in iOS Settings.
How information is used and shared
ForgeLyte uses information only to provide and support the app and website, maintain paid-feature access, understand aggregate app usage, improve functionality, protect the services, and comply with applicable legal obligations. ForgeLyte does not sell personal information, serve targeted advertising, or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is shared only with the service providers described above, when you direct us to share it, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Data retention and deletion
Your locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, remove the app, or erase the device. Deleting the app may permanently remove local data unless you have separately exported or backed it up. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and purchase records are retained by TelemetryDeck, Apple, and RevenueCat according to their respective policies and operational or legal requirements.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can delete locally stored app data from within the app or by deleting the app, manage notification permission in iOS Settings, and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information ForgeLyte controls. Contact us using the address below to make a request. We may need to verify the request, and some information may be exempt from a request where permitted by law. Because TelemetryDeck analytics are anonymized and not linked to contact or account information, ForgeLyte cannot use your identity to locate a particular analytics record.
Children’s privacy
ForgeLyte Lift is not directed to children under 13, and ForgeLyte does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

This policy may be updated when the app or its supporting services change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
